Take a look around you. This is truly an amazing place. A car dealer and service center that really cares about it’s customers. The thousands of pictures that line the walls is a testament to how well customers here are treated. The vast majority of all these people are repeat buyers. They continue to come back because they realize that they are getting a high quality vehicle at a very fair price with excellent service that’s provided for the life of the car.

My family has been doing business with Saccucci’s of Schaumburg for 17 years. During that time we have purchased a total of 8 cars and had all of our service work done here. We trust them explicitly. It is like having a member of your family in the car business. We can’t count the number of times over the years that Bill has helped us out during an unforeseen incident. Bill and his staff take great care to make sure that you are treated properly and with great respect. They really care about their customers.

It always amazes us how much joy Bill gets when you come to pick up your new car. He is just so enthused to take you’re your picture and share in the excitement of you getting your new car. We have had a business relationship for over 20 years, and have very much appreciated that relationship.  With you it is not just about selling a car, as that is your business, but it is also about a personal relationship and doing what is best for your customers.

When we have purchased a car from you we walked away feeling that you did right by us and gave us a good deal.  When our daughter wrecked our Avalon years ago you were quick to find us a comparable replacement.  When she damaged another vehicle you worked with us to get it repaired economically.  When my other daughter had a vehicle which she could no longer keep, you helped and managed getting it sold.  When we were looking to purchase a new(er) vehicle a year ago you searched and found a beautifully equipped 2015 Camry SLE with low mileage.  When that same car was hit by someone not paying attention when they changed lanes, I brought the car to you to see to its repair as I knew you would see that it was put back like new.  This included discussions with his insurance company to make sure they replaced a panel, not just bondo it.

As can be seen in the above items, Bill is always there for the customer.  He truly embodies the view “Customer First”.  In addition to being a great person to do business with, I also view Bill as a friend

Wanted to share again how AMAZING Saccucci’s of Schaumburg is. I needed my brakes replaced & I happened to be going out of town for the Presidents’ Day weekend. Bill offered to get my car from where I was parked in Bensenville and get brakes taken care of & return car for when I got back from my weekend trip.......well NOT ONLY did he do that , he had my car cleaned for me—beyond the call of service!!

But let me share with you, I wanted to ask if he would do that for me but didn’t because I thought in my head that would be a BIG ask, didn’t want to impose or seem like I was taking advantage of his ‘NOT YOUR AVERAGE CAR DEALERSHIP’ mantra. Well he surprised me. This is why I CHOOSE Saccucci’s EVERY TIME although an hour to and from my place of residence-It’s the little extra because I’m part of the Saccucci’s dealership FAMILY!!!

We were referred to Saccucci's from our Pastor Bill Orris. The first time we met Bill S., we were treated like family. His passion with cars and customers is apparent when you walk in his showroom from the hundreds of pictures of owners and returning family members. It was the most enjoyable experience we have had at a car dealership as Bill shared his knowledge of cars and openly shared how he would work to get the most he could for what we could afford. We were fortunate that an auction was scheduled in the next few days. Within one short week, we were sitting in our beautiful van that fulfilled our expectations above and beyond. Saccucci's is exactly what a car buying experience should be! We will definitely be back for future checkups and sending our family and friends to Saccucci's, where I know they will be treated like a part of the family.

 

I have personally or through my business been responsible for the purchase of over 17 cars and trucks through Saccucci's. My ONLY regret is that I didn't find them years ago. We've bought several Suburbans/Yukons for the business, cars for my children, referred friends and business associates and have never had one complaint from anyone. Nothing but good words and amazement at the deals and excellent service. As a footnote, I've always bought the extended warranty, contrary to what several websites will tell you. It has ALWAYS paid dividends and returned easily more than I paid for the warranty. When it expires somewhere around 100,000 miles we have, mechanically anyway, a brand new vehicle. As a result and with their service department, we're able to drive our company cars consistently well over 200,000 miles. A HUGE plus in today's economy. For a Great deal on a vehicle, excellent, personal service and a friendly no pressure experience I highly recommend Saccucci's of Schaumburg. 

 

I'm sitting in the Saccucci waiting room as our van is having an oil change, our fourth purchase from Saccucci's. Since the first day I walked in and through the expertise of the sales staff, purchased two vehicles. My wife and I have traded up, both daughters and sons-in-law have bought cars and at least a half dozen family, friends and ministry colleagues now drive Saccucci cars. Bill Saccucci and his sales and service staff treat us more like family than customers. Somehow they manage to stay in business while giving us the truly best deal. This is a Christian value driven company ready, willing and able to serve just about any transportation need.

 

My husband and I purchased our last three cars from Saccucci's. After our first son was born we upgraded to a Toyota Avalon that I loved. We drove that for 5 years and had our second son. When our daughter was on the way we upgraded to a 2006 Kia Sedona LX minivan. My brother bought his van at Saccucci's and my Mother bought a beautiful Sable with a leather interior. We reccomend Saccucci's to anyone we know looking for a vehicle.
