Very helpful and committed to customer service and customer happiness.....I purchase a car from him almost two years ago. I could not afford much after my van was pretty much totaled after a snow plow backed into it. He took my van in trade and sold me a car that was within my price range, which was not much. Because this car had over 140,000 miles on it and was over 12 years old I did not expect much, but Saccucci's vets their vehicles and because of this fact I have not to date had any problems with this car and have not had to put any money into it accept new tires and front brakes just recently, of course due to normal wear and tear. The car is now just about to turn at 200,000 and still performs as it did the day I bought it, due to Saccucci"s thoroughness and customer care!!! Thanks Bill.....will do business with you again!!!

The process of purchasing a car is at best arduous. We all like to do our due diligence in order to get the "best deal". Wanted to share again how AMAZING Saccucci’s of Schaumburg is. I needed my brakes replaced & I happened to be going out of town for the Presidents’ Day weekend. Bill offered to get my car from where I was parked in Bensenville and get brakes taken care of & return car for when I got back from my weekend trip.......well NOT ONLY did he do that , he had my car cleaned for me—beyond the call of service!!

But let me share with you, I wanted to ask if he would do that for me but didn’t because I thought in my head that would be a BIG ask, didn’t want to impose or seem like I was taking advantage of his ‘NOT YOUR AVERAGE CAR DEALERSHIP’ mantra.
